1. About DAHAY.STORE
DAHAY.STORE (operated from Switzerland by Michael Hagos, hereinafter "Dahay", "we", "our") is a digital storefront that sells mobile top-ups, eSIM plans, gift cards, and game credits to customers in Switzerland and the European Union. By accessing or placing an order through dahay-hagos.ch you accept these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to purchase from our store.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information on registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action made through your account.
- One person — one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated.
3. Products We Sell
All products on DAHAY.STORE are digital goods delivered electronically:
- Mobile recharges for European operators (Swisscom, Sunrise, Salt, Orange, SFR, TIM, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, etc.).
- International eSIM data plans.
- Game credits (PUBG UC, Free Fire diamonds, PSN, Xbox).
- Brand gift cards (Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, etc.).
Codes are sent by email and shown on the order confirmation page immediately after payment.
4. Prices & Payment
- Prices are displayed in EUR (and CHF where applicable) and include any applicable VAT.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card data on our servers.
- Orders are confirmed once the payment is successfully authorised by Stripe.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.
5. Delivery
Digital codes are delivered within seconds of payment to the email address you provided. If you have not received your code within 15 minutes, please contact michael@dahay-hagos.ch with your order number.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Because our products are digital codes delivered instantly, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the code has been revealed or sent, in accordance with Swiss and EU consumer law.
We will issue a refund if:
- The code is invalid or has already been used (and was not used by you).
- Payment was charged but the order was not delivered.
- An obvious pricing error occurred.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DAHAY.STORE to:
- Resell codes outside our official channels.
- Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
- Bypass authentication, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Violate any local, national, or international law, including sanctions (OFAC, EU, Swiss SECO).
8. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos and trademarks shown on DAHAY.STORE remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we sell. The DAHAY.STORE name, design, and code are owned by Dahay.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep DAHAY.STORE available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions without prior notice and are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (Stripe, Resend, telecom operators, etc.).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of DAHAY.STORE shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the canton in which Dahay is registered, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
